• Message metadata: Timestamps, read receipts, delivery status

3.2 Website visitors

3.3 Restaurant platform users

• Video feeds from security cameras (processed in real-time, not stored long-term unless configured)
• POS transaction data for session matching

5. Meta Platform Data

When you message us through WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram, your messages are transmitted via Meta's APIs (WhatsApp Cloud API, Messenger Platform, Instagram Messaging API). These messages are:

• Received by our bridge service and stored in our Matrix messaging system
• Processed to provide conversational responses (human or AI-assisted)
• Subject to Meta's Privacy Policy regarding transmission and delivery

We use Meta's official APIs exclusively. We do not use unofficial access methods, scraping, or data obtained outside of authorized API channels.

6. Data Storage and Security

• Messaging data is stored on encrypted servers hosted in the United States (AWS) and Canada
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews
• Video data from restaurant cameras is processed in real-time and retained according to each client's configured retention policy

7. Data Retention

• Messaging data: Retained for up to 2 years for conversation continuity and support purposes, then deleted
• Video data: Retained per client-specific agreements, typically 7–90 days
• Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized; retained indefinitely

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to processing of your personal data
• Port your data to another service
